Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at Brittany@lonestarsantorinistones.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping Policy
We do our best to pack and ship as quickly as possible. All of our packages are sent Priority Mail and once received by the post office you can expect your package to arrive in 2-3 business days. Our usual turn around time is 2-3 days (often sooner) to pack and ship out your stones. Please allow extra time for any custom orders or specialized cut stones. Once we have packed your stones, you will receive an email with your Priority Mail tracking number. Then head on over to USPS.com and plug in your tracking number. You can sign up to receive email or text message updates and USPS will have the most up to date shipping information. If you have an issue with your order please email Brittany@LoneStarSantoriniStones.com. Free Local Pick Up available.
*We ship anywhere across the US using Priority Shipping. Unfortunately, do not offer International Shipping at this time.
If you your order has been damaged during shipping please let us know within 14 days of receiving your package. We will replace or refund as soon as possible. Please send details of the damage and document with photos of the exterior of the package along with photos of the damaged stones. Just shoot us an email and we will quickly solve the issue. Lone Star Santorini Stones will submit a claim to USPS for you. Once all info is received from you and approved we will ship out replacements immediately. Often insurance claims through USPS can take a few weeks, so it is our mission to make this process as quick as possible for our customers. That way you don’t have to wait while the post office investigates. We will refund or ship out replacement stones within 2-5 business days.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
