Shipping Policy

We do our best to pack and ship as quickly as possible. All of our packages are sent Priority Mail and once received by the post office you can expect your package to arrive in 2-3 business days. Our usual turn around time is 2-3 days (often sooner) to pack and ship out your stones. Please allow extra time for any custom orders or specialized cut stones. Once we have packed your stones, you will receive an email with your Priority Mail tracking number. Then head on over to USPS.com and plug in your tracking number. You can sign up to receive email or text message updates and USPS will have the most up to date shipping information. We ship anywhere across the US using Priority Shipping. Unfortunately, do not offer International Shipping at this time.
